About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end commercial office interior projects. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in delivering corporate office spaces while ensuring quality, safety, budget compliance, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from site possession to final handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, MEP teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodologies.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, labour productivity, and cash flow.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Lead procurement planning and coordinate timely delivery of materials and long-lead items.
• Manage client meetings, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate snagging, testing & commissioning, punch list closure, and final project handover.
• Mentor site engineers and project teams to achieve operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years in commercial interior fit-out execution.
• Demonstrated experience delivering premium corporate office spaces, IT offices, multinational corporate offices, coworking spaces, or commercial interiors.
• Experience managing projects valued between ₹ 1Crore and ₹3 Crore is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out construction.
• Thorough understanding of MEP coordination.
• Expertise in gypsum works, flooring, ceilings, partitions, glazing, furniture, finishes, and joinery.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and HSE standards.
