Business Development Executive (BDE)

Docso is building India's next healthcare ecosystem by connecting patients with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic labs, and medicine delivery through a single platform.

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven City Head/Business Development Officer to lead our expansion in the city.

Responsibilities• Onboard hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies and diagnostic labs onto the Docso platform.

• Build long-term relationships with healthcare partners.

• Generate new business opportunities and close partnerships.

• Visit healthcare providers daily and explain Docso's services.

• Coordinate with operations and support teams for successful onboarding.

• Achieve monthly business growth and onboarding targets.

• Gather market feedback and competitor insights.

• Represent Docso at healthcare events and networking opportunities.

Requirements• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales or Field Sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with field work and travelling within the city.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to build something from the ground up.

• Experience in healthcare, pharma or hospital sales will be an added advantage.
