Role Description

Manage daily accounting operations, reconciles accounts, and ensures accuracy in financial reports, typically leading a team of junior accountants. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable/receivable, preparing tax reports, assisting with audits, and managing cash flow. They require strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP software like Xero/Zoho or QuickBooks. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Team Leadership: Superfsise, mentor, and assign daily tasks to accounting staff. Month End Closing.
• Financial Accuracy: Reconcile general ledger accounts and review monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Operational Control: Handle all the client and make sure to keep their record upto date
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with tax legislation and support annual audits.
• Reporting: Provide financial updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software such as, Quickbooks/Zoho, or Xero.
• Experience: Usually requires 2–3 years of experience in accounting, with prior supervisory experience often preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. 

Salary - Anything between 24000 to 28000 INR. Depend upon experience, education and skill set.
