Role OverviewWe are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented professionals to join our Agency Channel team. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors while driving business growth through life insurance sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents from the local market.
• Train, motivate, and develop advisors to achieve business targets.
• Support advisors in generating leads and closing sales.
• Drive life insurance business through the agency network.
• Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings with advisors.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
• Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate in any discipline (Preferred)
• Undergraduate candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
• ExperienceMinimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, CASA, Loans, Mutual Funds, Telecom, FMCG, or Direct Sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered for junior roles.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Sales and relationship-building expertise.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment.
• Good networking and market development skills.
