Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and manage client documents required for the project.
- Prepare and organize complete client files, including quotations, DPRs, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Follow up on pending documents and maintain proper records.
- Submit completed files to banks for the loan approval process.
- Coordinate with clients, the back-office team, and bank officials to ensure a smooth and timely loan processing workflow.
