We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Banquet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling banquet and event enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of events. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strong sales mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
DESIRED CANDIDATE :
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in banquet sales, event management, or hotel banquet operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
