About Us:

We are a Jodhpur-based modular furniture manufacturing company specializing in customized solutions for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected professional to drive business development by identifying and securing new project opportunities. The role involves direct interaction with architects, developers, hotel owners, and project consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach architects, interior designers, developers, and hotel chains
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Generate leads and convert them into project opportunities
  • Initiate discussions for upcoming residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
  • Coordinate with internal design and production teams for proposals
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming developments
  • Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events

Requirements:

  • 2–7 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in furniture, interiors firms, Laminate/Plywood Brands, construction, or building materials)
  • The Candidate shall be presentable enough to maintain strong network with architects, builders, or hospitality sector (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in Building construction & Interior material industry, modular furniture / interior solutions / turnkey projects
  • Existing connections in Rajasthan or nearby regions

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (project-based earnings)
