Job Description
Hiring – Collections & Recovery Manager
Company: Credit Kuber Micro Finance Pvt. Ltd. (NBFC)
Job Type: Full-Time | Target & Incentive Based
Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 2–5 Years in NBFC/Microfinance/Banking Collection
Responsibilities:
- Manage collection & recovery operations.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Handle Bucket 1, 2 & 3 overdue cases.
- Monitor and guide collection team.
- Customer follow-up through calls and field visits.
- Maintain MIS and daily collection reports.
- Improve recovery and reduce overdue portfolio.
Required Skills:
Communication, Negotiation, Customer Handling, Team Management, Collection & Recovery, MS Excel/MIS and Target Achievement.
Salary: As per experience + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.
