Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:The Dispatch Executive is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely dispatch of jewellery products. The role includes handling billing, packaging, and courier booking while maintaining high standards of product safety and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing:

• Generate invoices for customer orders
• Verify GST details, product weight, and quantity
• Check payment status (Prepaid / COD)

2. Packing:

• Pack jewellery items securely using boxes, pouches, and protective materials
• Ensure products are protected from damage or scratches
• Use tamper-proof packaging for high-value items
• Match the correct product with the corresponding invoice

3. Courier Booking:

• Book shipments through courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.)
• Generate AWB (tracking number)
• Verify customer address and contact details
• Update dispatch details in the system

4. Documentation & Coordination:

• Maintain daily dispatch records (Excel/software)
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Coordinate with warehouse/inventory team
• Prepare daily or weekly dispatch reports
• Skills & Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Careful handling of jewellery products
• Good time management and teamwork skills
