Job Description

About Bahumaan Women's nightwear, dupattas, and kurtis. ₹1.5 Cr+ monthly across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho. 10 months old, scaling fast. Small team, founder-led, no bureaucracy.

Location & mode Jodhpur, Jaipur preferred. Hybrid - 4 days in-office (Pali), 1 day WFH.

What you'll own

  • End-to-end PPC across Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD), Flipkart PLA, Meesho ads. Strategy, daily optimization, ACoS/TACoS targets, scaling profitable spend.
  • Listing creation and optimization: titles, bullets, A+ content, infographics, keyword research, variations, parent-child setups.
  • Catalog hygiene: suppressions, image compliance, brand registry, defects, case management.
  • New SKU launches end-to-end — copy, keywords, images brief to photo team, first-30-day ads playbook.
  • Weekly KPI dashboard: ACoS, TACoS, BSR, organic rank, conversion, ad-attributed vs organic sales.
  • Direct collaboration with founder, photo team, and ops/warehouse.

Must have

  • 2+ years running Amazon Ads with monthly spend ≥ ₹3L. We'll ask for actual campaign screenshots, not certifications.
  • Hands-on Flipkart PLA + Meesho ads experience (not just Amazon).
  • Listing optimization done personally — copy, keywords, A+. Not "managed a team that did it."
  • Strong Excel/Sheets: bulk operations, search term reports, business reports, pivot tables.
  • Apparel / fashion / lifestyle category preferred. Nightwear or innerwear = strong plus.

  • Unicommerce or any OMS exposure
