Job Description
Field Sales Executive (FMCG)
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive for our FMCG distribution business in Jodhpur.
Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores as per daily beat plan.
Generate orders and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers.
Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned markets.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (FMCG preferred).
Good knowledge of Jodhpur market beats and retail areas.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives + Petrol Allowance
