Job Overview

Favcore is looking for a premium, strategic, and high-performing Sales Manager to lead our High-Ticket Digital Marketing Sales division in Jaipur. In this role, you will NOT be dealing with small retail shops or low-cost services. Instead, your sole responsibility will be to drive revenue by pitching and closing Premium, High-Ticket Digital Marketing Packages (including Luxury Branding, Full-Scale Performance Marketing, Advanced SEO, Custom Web/App Development, and Omnichannel Lead Generation Funnels).


You will exclusively target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), large-scale manufacturers, real estate developers, top-tier educational institutions, premium hospitality brands, and established corporate setups. You must possess the business acumen to sit across the table with CEOs, Founders, and MDs, understand their aggressive scaling goals, and position Favcore as their elite, end-to-end digital growth partner.


Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

HNI & Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close high-value, premium digital marketing contracts with corporate clients and HNIs across your working zone.


Premium Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the value of Favcore’s elite digital portfolio:


Digital Marketing & Branding: Social media management, advanced SEO, targeted ad campaigns (Meta/Google), and complete brand building.


Tech Solutions: High-end custom website development, e-commerce setups, and mobile application packages.


Lead Generation Funnels: High-converting, end-to-end digital funnels designed for maximum ROI for large enterprises.


Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build a robust pipeline of premium enterprise clients through corporate networking, strategic cold-calling, field mapping, and industry associations.


Consultative Selling: Analyze a prospective corporate client's current digital presence and market standing, recommending customized marketing structures to help them scale rapidly.


Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team sales revenue targets through high-ticket closures.


Account Retention & Upselling: Maintain exceptional, long-term relationships with acquired corporate clients to upsell higher-tier marketing retainers and tech integrations year-on-year.


Requirements & Skills (Who we are looking for):

Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B Corporate Sales, Premium Account Management, or Digital Agency Sales (Experience in elite digital agencies or high-ticket software sales is a massive plus).


High-Ticket Closing: Proven track record of handling and closing premium deals with large ticket sizes smoothly.


Domain Knowledge: A solid conceptual understanding of how corporate digital marketing (SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media ROI, Lead Funnels) works to pitch confidently to modern entrepreneurs and corporate heads.


Communication Master: Flawless communication, elite corporate presentation, and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English.


Executive Presence: Highly groomed, confident, and skilled at networking comfortably with CEOs, MDs, and high-net-worth individuals.


Mobility: Must own a Two-Wheeler (or vehicle) and a smartphone for key corporate client meetings and site visits.
