What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, offer letters
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy
• Support payroll preparation in coordination with the finance team
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team communications
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of HR experience in a startup or fast-growth environment
• Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity basics)
• Organised, discreet, and people-oriented
• Comfortable using HRMS tools and Google Workspace
• A generalist mindset — you're happy to roll up your sleeves on tasks outside your formal scope
• Bonus: experience supporting a multi-location or multi-state team
