Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer – Real Estate
Location: Jodhpur and Barmer
Experience: 2-4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role: We are looking for Civil Engineer to join our real estate development team. The candidate will assist in execution, supervision, and coordination of construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site execution and construction supervision
- Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Support in material planning, estimation, and billing
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
- Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Understanding of drawings (structural & architectural)
- Good communication and coordination skills
