Job Description
कार्यालय की दैनिक साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
ऑफिस में चाय, कॉफी एवं अन्य रिफ्रेशमेंट तैयार करना।
कर्मचारियों एवं आगंतुकों (Guests) को चाय, कॉफी एवं पानी सर्व करना।
मीटिंग के दौरान आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएँ करना।
ऑफिस के छोटे-मोटे कार्य जैसे दस्तावेज़ लाना-ले जाना, फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटआउट एवं फाइलें व्यवस्थित करना।
कार्यालय में आवश्यक स्टेशनरी एवं अन्य सामान की उपलब्धता पर ध्यान देना।
ऑफिस परिसर को साफ-सुथरा एवं व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना।
