Operations Head

Job Summary:

The Operations Head will oversee the daily operations of the inventory hub and showroom, ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth stock movement, efficient showroom operations, and coordination between departments. The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring timely product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory operations across the hub and showroom.
• Ensure accurate stock records, audits, and reconciliation.
• Oversee inward, outward, and inter-branch stock transfers.
• Monitor showroom stock availability and replenishment.
• Coordinate with the purchase, sales, dispatch, and accounts teams.
• Implement inventory control processes to minimize stock loss.
• Supervise warehouse and showroom staff.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Improve workflow efficiency and resolve operational issues.
