Job Description
Urgently looking for Fresh Undergraduate for the post of An Accounting Process Associate to manages day-to-day financial workflows, maintaining ledger accuracy, processing accounts payable and receivable, and performing account reconciliations. Support financial compliance and help streamline accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Manage Accounts Payable (matching purchase orders with invoices, processing payments) and Accounts Receivable (processing incoming payments, applying cash, and creating invoices). Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily or monthly bank, credit card, and sub-ledger reconciliations to ensure general ledger integrity.
- General Accounting: Prepare routine journal entries, accruals, and amortization schedules for month-end close cycles.
- Reporting & Compliance: Gather and format financial data to generate accurate aging reports, trial balances, and financial statements.
