Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close property sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and customer support.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
