Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Jodhpur and Barmer
Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to support sales growth and client acquisition for our real estate projects. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, site visits, and assisting in closing deals while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (calls, digital platforms, references, walk-ins)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
- Assist in deal closures and follow up with prospective buyers
- Maintain regular communication with leads and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, sales head)
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports
- Support in planning and executing sales campaigns and events
