Main Tasks

:

• Supervision of Strong Room constructi on as per thespecifi cati ons set by RBI • Supervision of civil works,plumbing, Interior, exterior, structured cabling, electricaland other miscellaneous works as per the approved planand BOQ. • Sharing of approved plan with landlord toobtain their consent to start the works. Any change oralterati on suggested by landlord, same to be inti matedto HO and a revised plan to be arranged from HO. Vetti ngof site plans given by our contractor before sending toHO. • Co-ordinati on with landlords for incorporati on oftheir scope of works and handing over the site to MFL onti me. • Co- ordinati on with Strong Room Door vendorsand MFL contractors for proper installati on of doors onti me. • Ensuring usage of quality of materials as per theset standard menti oned in Work Order. • Ensuring priorapproval is obtained from fi eld and HO for any additi onalworks required to be carried out other than menti onedin WO. • Carrying out Joint Measurement along withcontractor. • Eff ecti ve co-ordinati on with fi eld team tosupport acti viti es required for consolidati on and openingof new branches. • Monitoring the site works of Groupcompanies as and when necessary • Over seeing

periodical repairs/ renovati ons, maintenance works inthe existi ng branches and group companies.
