Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
  • Create engaging content such as reels, videos, stories, posts, and product showcases.
  • Visit the store floor regularly to capture photos and videos of products, customers, events, and offers.
  • Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
  • Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
  • Write attractive captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative marketing ideas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products, launches, and special offers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
  • Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance and submit monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with influencers, creators, and local communities for collaborations.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and generate new content ideas.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and branding concepts.
  • Preferred QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Passion for technology, gadgets, gaming, and consumer electronics is a plus.
