Job Role: Store Associate (Blinkit Dark Store)

Age Limit : 18-26 Years Old

1. Picking (ऑर्डर पिकिंग):

Picking means collecting items from the store shelves as per customer orders using a handheld device. Accuracy and speed are important.

पिकिंग का मतलब है ग्राहक के ऑर्डर के अनुसार स्टोर की शेल्फ से सामान उठाना। इसमें तेजी और सही सामान चुनना बहुत जरूरी होता है।

2. Putting (स्टॉक रखना / शेल्विंग)

Putting means placing incoming products in the correct location on shelves so they can be easily found during picking.

पुटिंग का मतलब है नए आए सामान को सही जगह पर शेल्फ में रखना ताकि बाद में उसे आसानी से ढूंढा जा सके।

3. Auditing (स्टॉक चेक / ऑडिटिंग):

Auditing means checking stock regularly to ensure physical items match system records and identifying any missing or extra items.

ऑडिटिंग का मतलब है स्टॉक को चेक करना ताकि सिस्टम और वास्तविक सामान में कोई अंतर न हो। इसमें कमी या ज्यादा सामान का पता लगाया जाता है।

4. Unloading (माल उतारना) (Only in Morning Shift 5:00Am-2:00PM):

Unloading means receiving goods from delivery trucks and safely bringing them into the store.

अनलोडिंग का मतलब है ट्रक से आए सामान को उतारकर सुरक्षित तरीके से स्टोर के अंदर लाना।
