Job Description – Telecaller (Sales & Customer Support)

SpeakyHome is building India's Most Trusted Home Ecosystem by providing professional home services such as AC Service, Water Tank Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Deep Home Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning, Electrician, Plumber, RO Service and many more.

We are looking for confident, customer-focused Telecallers who can communicate effectively, convert leads into bookings, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers for service booking confirmation.
• Explain SpeakyHome services, offers and subscription plans.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with pending customers until closure.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Generate new bookings through calling.
• Cross-sell and up-sell additional services whenever applicable.
• Maintain customer records in CRM.
• Schedule appointments according to service availability.
• Coordinate with Operations Team for successful service delivery.
• Collect customer feedback after service completion.
• Maintain daily call reports and performance reports.
• Achieve assigned booking and revenue targets.
• Follow company calling scripts and SOPs.

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi communication skills.
• Basic English reading and understanding.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to use CRM software.
• MS Excel / Google Sheets basic knowledge.
• Fast typing preferred.
• Ability to work under targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Graduate Preferred
• Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support or Sales will be preferred.

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly Off: As per company policy
