Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated telecaller to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining our product/services, and generating leads or sales.

Responsibilties:-

■ Make outbound calls to potential & existing customers.

■ Explain company products or services clearly.

■ Handle customer queries & provide accurate information.

■ Follow up with interested customers & generate leads.

■ Maintain call records & customer data.

■ Achieve daily & monthly call targets.

■ Coordinate with the team for smooth work flow.


Requirements:-

■ Good communication skills in hindi & basic english.

■ Basic computer knowledge(MS Excel,data entry).

■ Ability to manage calls & office work effciently.
