Job Description

Role & responsibilities:


  • Outbound & Inbound Sales: Cold and warm call prospects using persuasive scripts to pitch company products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the outside sales team when necessary.
  • Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately log customer details, purchase orders, and interaction notes in the company database.



Preferred candidate profile:


  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to make outbound and receive inbound calls confidently
  • Basic knowledge of computers and dialing systems
  • No Target Base
