SpeakyHome is a fast-growing home services company providing professional cleaning, AC services, electrician, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, and other home maintenance solutions. We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer who can create engaging visual content to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting & Production

• Shoot high-quality videos of home services, customer testimonials, team activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Capture professional photos and videos at customer locations and company events.
• Plan camera angles, lighting, framing, and audio for maximum visual impact.
• Travel to service locations for content creation when required.

Video Editing

1. Edit short-form and long-form videos for:

• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook Videos
• YouTube Content
• Website Promotions
• Advertisement Campaigns

2. Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, background music, sound effects, and branding elements.

3. Create engaging before-and-after transformation videos.

4. Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms.

Content Creation

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
• Generate ideas for viral and educational content related to home services.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all video content.
• Create thumbnails and basic promotional graphics when required.

Equipment Management

• Handle cameras, microphones, lights, gimbals, and other production equipment.
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of:(Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Canva & Filmora (Preferred))
• Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats.
• Experience in color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics.
• Ability to shoot professional-quality videos using DSLR, Mirrorless Cameras, and Smartphones.
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in video production and editing.
• Experience creating content for startups, digital marketing agencies, or consumer brands.
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and shooting work.
• Knowledge of photography is an added advantage.
