Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Department: Logistics & Dispatch

Location: Airawat Industrial Park, Jhulasan, Kadi

Job Objectives- To ensure timely, accurate, and safe dispatch of finished goods by coordinating with Production, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams while maintaining proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and transportation efficiency.

 Job Responsibilities-

Dispatch Planning · Plan daily dispatches based on customer orders and delivery schedules. · Coordinate with Production and Stores for timely availability of finished goods. · Prioritize dispatches based on customer commitments and business requirements. 

Dispatch Operations · Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and loading of materials. · Verify quantity, product specifications, and documentation before dispatch. · Supervise loading activities to ensure safe handling and avoid product damage.

 Documentation · Prepare and verify dispatch documents including Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, Transport Receipts, and other statutory documents. · Maintain dispatch records and filing as per company requirements. 

Logistics Coordination · Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and timely dispatch. · Monitor vehicle loading and dispatch schedules. · Track shipments until delivery and resolve transportation issues. 

Inventory Control · Ensure accurate inventory movement in ERP. · Coordinate with Stores for stock reconciliation. · Minimize dispatch errors and inventory discrepancies.  

Compliance & Safety · Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements. · Maintain safety standards during loading and unloading activities. · Promote 5S, housekeeping, and safe working practices in the dispatch area.

MIS & Reporting · Prepare daily dispatch reports. · Monitor dispatch performance and pending orders. · Report delivery delays and corrective actions.
