Job Description

Position: Machine Operator

Industry: Engineering & Construction

Department: Production


Qualification & Experience

  • ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanic / Mechatronics / Turner / Machinist)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automated manufacturing plant preferred.
  • Fresh ITI candidates with good technical aptitude can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate PLC/HMI-controlled machines and automated production lines.
  • Handle basic troubleshooting, machine setup, and format changeovers.
  • Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Maintain production and downtime records in Google Sheets/Forms.
  • Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and production targets.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of PLC machines, robots, electrical circuits, and sensors.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments like vernier caliper and micrometer.
  • Basic computer and smartphone handling.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
