We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during treatment, administer medications, and ensure the smooth functioning of nursing services while maintaining patient safety and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per medical protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the treating doctor.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for quality patient care.
• RequirementsGNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• 1–5 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
