Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth, lead generation, and online marketing activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance marketing, social media strategy, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns
• Generate quality leads for sales and distributor network expansion
• Handle social media marketing and content planning
• Improve brand awareness and online sales growth
• Manage performance marketing campaigns and optimize ROI/ROAS
• Coordinate with creative, sales, and operations teams
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Manage WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and customer engagement
• Work on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart (preferred)
• Develop digital growth strategies for the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
• Good communication and team management skills
• FMCG / Food / D2C industry experience preferred
• Must be result-driven and growth-oriented

Qualification:

• Graduate
• Marketing knowledge preferred

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidate with practical experience in scaling brands and generating business growth through digital marketing.
