Job Description
We are hiring an Operations Coordinator (Assistant to Director) to manage daily business operations across multiple functions. The role includes handling client communication, scheduling meetings, managing calendar, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily work across different business activities
- Handle calls, messages, and emails professionally
- Schedule meetings and manage calendar
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain reports and data in Excel
- Support the Director in daily operations
Requirements:
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
