Job Summary- The Marketing Head – Management Programs will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase student enrollments, and position GRV Academy as a leading institution for management education. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in digital and offline marketing, strategic partnerships, and student outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for GRV Academy’s management programs.
- Identify target audiences and craft campaigns to attract potential students.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies, industry trends, and student preferences.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Oversee online marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize lead generation efforts through paid and organic channels.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven improvements.
Branding & Communication:
- Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements.
- Maintain relationships with PR agencies, media houses, and influencers for brand promotions.
Student Outreach & Partnerships:
- Organize webinars, seminars, and open houses to engage prospective students.
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations for brand promotion and student referrals.
- Represent GRV Academy at education fairs, career expos, and networking events.
Admissions Support & Conversion:
- Work closely with the admissions team to enhance lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
- Implement CRM tools and automation to streamline the enrollment process.
- Monitor and optimize the applicant journey to improve conversion rates.
Team Leadership & Budget Management:
- Lead the marketing team, providing direction, training, and performance management.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in education marketing, preferably for management programs.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and budgets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
