Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Fixed Deposit and Insurance sales targets.
- Manage, coach, and motivate Business Associates to achieve business goals.
- Build and strengthen agency and direct sales channels.
- Recruit and develop high-performing insurance advisors.
- Monitor productivity, persistency, and overall team performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate with experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.
- Strong leadership, team management, and channel development skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
