Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Fixed Deposit and Insurance sales targets.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate Business Associates to achieve business goals.
  • Build and strengthen agency and direct sales channels.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing insurance advisors.
  • Monitor productivity, persistency, and overall team performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and channel development skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
