The Interpower Group is a USA based multinational induction heating equipment manufacturer having manufacturing facilities in USA, Europe and India. Through our plant in Ahmedabad, we manufacture and service induction heating equipment all over India as well as countries in Asia and Europe. These machines are primarily electrical equipment consisting of converter and high frequency inverters connected with a RLC load. We expertise in building equipment’s from 50 KW up to 10,000 Kw and with output frequency as higher as 300 kHz.

We are looking for an ideal candidate for our “Electrical Application Engineer” post at Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities of the candidate would be to -

1. Understand customer requirements and prepare technical proposals.

2. Select and procure electrical machines, instruments, and accessories as per project needs.

3. Coordinate with suppliers, prepare BOQs, and ensure timely material delivery.

4. Perform testing, inspection, and quality checks before dispatch.

5. Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and manuals.

6. Support integration and commissioning activities, including remote assistance for export customers.

7. Communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams to ensure project success. The candidate must have excellent English communication and conversation skills.

After the candidate joins, detailed theoretical and practical training(s) will be given to enable the candidate achieve above responsibilities.

To fit in this role well, the candidate should -

1. Have good understanding of electrical engineering; including concepts of converter, inverter, resonance circuits, power electronics etc.

2. 2+ years’ experience in electrical engineering

3. Good English communication and leadership skills.

4. Strong attention to detail is required and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. In addition to the technical know-how, we require a self -managed individual who is ready to learn and does not mind getting hands dirty to work with large electromechanical machinery.

The range for the salary is INR 40,000 – INR 50,000 per month. The actual salary will be offered based on the relevant experience and existing CTC.
