Job Description

*Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel).


*Good communication and organizational abilities.


*Financial Management

Maintain daily cash, bank, and online transaction records.


*Prepare and record sales from ticketing, rides, food courts, and merchandise.


*Monitor accounts payable and receivable.


*Reconcile cash collections with system reports.


*Revenue & Expense Control.


*Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue.


*Monitor operational expenses and budget utilization.


*Verify vendor bills and process payments.


*Control petty cash and maintain expense records.


*Providing recommendations to improve profitability.


*Forecasting revenues and expenses.


*Supporting business decision-making with financial insights.


*Maintaining accounting systems and software.


*Organizing invoices, receipts, and financial documents.


*Supporting management with financial planning.


*Strong numerical and analytical skills.


*Attention to detail and accuracy.


*Knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.
