Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, office administration, and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & FinanceMaintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors.
- Maintain financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and expense statements.
- Handle payroll processing and salary disbursement support.
- Office AdministrationManage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Monitor office supplies and procure necessary materials.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Support management with reporting and scheduling requirements.
- Human Resources (HR)Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Manage staff files and HR records.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee compliance.
- Ensure employee records are updated and maintained.
- Support implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, and statutory compliances.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in Real Estate, Construction, Export-Import, or Trading industries will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll software is preferred.
