Job Description
We are hiring a Floor Manager for our franchisee retail store of Raymond. Candidate must reside within 25 km radius. Candidate should have experience handling a team of 20+ people and be willing to work for long hours. Required skills: basic computer knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel. Key responsibilities include looking after customer sales & service, maintaining discipline on the floor, preventing theft and ensuring upselling & cross-selling. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
