Position: Indian Dessert Chef (Halwai)

Location: Kalyan, Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

Job Type: Full-Time

Looking for experienced Halwai / Mithai Chef with expertise in traditional milk-based sweets:

• Malai Barfi, Kalakand

• Rasgulla, Rasmalai, Cham Cham

• Khoya/Mawa, Chhena, Rabri preparation

• Bulk production experience preferred

Requirements:

• 3–8 years experience in mithai / sweet making

• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian desserts

• Quality consistency + hygiene standards

• Speed and efficiency in bulk production
