💼 Position: HR Executive – Compliance & Employee Operations

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, and related documentation)

✅ Handle end-to-end PF administration, registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and employee queries

✅ Coordinate employee onboarding, KYC verification, document collection, and personnel file management

✅ Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation

✅ Manage attendance, salary coordination for off-roll employees, and vendor follow-ups

✅ Support HR operations, audits, MIS reports, and employee lifecycle activities

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

✅ Support day-to-day HR activities

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations & Compliance

✔ Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and payroll coordination

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems

✔ Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills

✔ Attention to detail and compliance management
