Job Description
📌 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform verification for mortgage / insurance applicants
* Verify employment, address, loan details, identity, and insurance details
* Review documents for accuracy and compliance
* Update verification status in internal systems
* Follow SOPs, quality standards, and TAT
* Maintain data confidentiality
🖥️ Back Office:
* Handle verification through internal systems and documentation
* Check and correct details in the system
* Maintain records and prepare reports
🔄 Blended:
* Make outbound calls to verify insurance details
* Handle backend work and document checks
* Update call outcomes and system status
📞 Voice – Inbound:
* Handle incoming calls from US clients
* Assist with documentation, claims, cancellation, or renewal queries
* Update systems with accurate information
