Job Summary
The Sales Executive – Beauty & Wellness / Healthcare is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience while driving sales of beauty, personal care, wellness, healthcare, and OTC products. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring high standards of customer service and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer ServiceWelcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty, wellness, personal care, healthcare, and OTC products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, usage, and application techniques.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell complementary products to maximize sales.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, haircare, personal care, wellness, nutraceutical, and healthcare products.
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotional activities.
- Educate customers on proper product usage and benefits.
- Store OperationsEnsure products are displayed attractively as per merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and promotional displays.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Manager of replenishment requirements.
- Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products from display.
- Assist in stock receiving, shelf replenishment, and inventory counts.
Customer Relationship
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Encourage repeat visits by delivering a positive shopping experience.
- Billing & ComplianceAssist customers during the billing process, if required.
- Follow Company SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all retail and healthcare regulations.

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Beauty & Cosmetics, Personal Care, Wellness, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Retail.
- Freshers with excellent communication and customer service skills may also be considered.
