Job Description
Job Title: South Indian Cook
Location: Kalyan
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for skilled South Indian Chefs/Cooks for a new QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) in Kalyan with a unique concept and an opportunity to learn new cooking techniques. Candidates who are passionate about South Indian cuisine and interested in working in an innovative food environment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, and other regional specialties.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist in developing new menu ideas and learning new cooking techniques.
- Manage kitchen preparation and support smooth daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in preparing South Indian cuisine is preferred.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Candidates from anywhere in India can apply if willing to relocate to Kalyan.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR environment.
Facilities:
- One-time meal will be provided during working hours.
- Accommodation is not provided by the company; candidates must arrange their own stay.
