Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Admission Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining Online MBA and other higher education programs, understanding their educational requirements, generating interest, and scheduling qualified leads for the Admission Counselors. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for interacting with people.

• Duties & Responsibilities (Job Description)Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
• Explain Online MBA and other educational programs offered by top universities.
• Understand students' educational needs and career goals.
• Generate and qualify leads for the Admission Team.
• Schedule follow-up calls and transfer interested candidates to Admission Counselors.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM regularly.
• Follow up with interested students until they are connected with the counseling team.
• Handle basic queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with students.
• Qualification / ExperienceGraduate in any stream (Freshers are welcome).
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Sales, or the Education Industry will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Skills RequiredGood verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using CRM software (training will be provided).
• Ability to convince and build rapport with prospective students.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Salary StructureSalary: Based on Skills & Interview Performance + Attractive Incentives.

Office HoursMonday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off

Interview TimingMonday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
