Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Follow up on existing leads and customer inquiries

Maintain and update customer databases regularly

Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation

Maintain records of calls and sales activities

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any field

0–2 years of experience in telecalling / sales (insurance preferred)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
