Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to assist in daily accounting and financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing invoices, handling accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, GST/TDS related work, and supporting senior accounts staff in financial reporting. Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records and vouchers
- Prepare invoices and payment entries
- Handle GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation
- Assist in monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments
- Support audit and documentation work
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- Basic knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience preferred
