Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Fabrication Supervisor to oversee fabrication activities, manage shop-floor operations, ensure productivity, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of fabrication processes, manpower utilization, production planning, and adherence to project timelines. The role requires effective coordination with production teams, quality inspectors, and management to ensure timely completion of fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities :-
Production & Fabrication Management
- Supervise daily fabrication activities in the workshop/site.
- Monitor fabrication processes to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Allocate work effectively among fabricators, fitters, welders, and helpers.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, tools, and materials.
- Track production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
