Position : Field Recruiter

Location :Kannakapura, Jalahalli, Kuvempu Nagar, Gokulam.

Experience : 6months to 7 years bikers/ delivery boys hiring

Role & responsibilities

·       Partnering with the Stake holders to determine the CP month on month.

·       Sourcing and screening the candidates for the required Bikers/ Van CEE (Delivery CEE).

·       Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including Personality, Appearance, Communication, and customer focus skills.

·       Scheduling and performing to close the interview loops with the panel.

·       Working with respective HRBPs for induction planning and Onboarding Formalities.

·       Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job

·       Following training calendar and sharing nominations on prior as per the schedule

·       Follow up with the selected candidates till training handover.

·       Monitoring the training dropouts and controlling the training attritions.

·       Involving Field activities and other promotional activities

·       Maintaining Walk in Tracker, Joining tracker Report

·       Coordinating with Vendors for Biker hiring.

·       Initiating another mode of hiring verticals.

·       Generating Referrals from the employees Cutting down the CPH.

Desired Candidate Profile

·     12+ or any Degree with relevant recruitment experience for Retail/ E-commerce companies. Should have – 1 to 7 years’ experience.

·       Good communication Command the local language.

·       Networking and relationship-building skills

·       Experience in Field Recruitment/Blue Collar Job Hiring would be a plus.
