Job Description
The Welder and Fitter together are responsible for complete mechanical fabrication and assembly of Organic Waste Converter machines. The Welder fabricates and welds MS/SS components like shredder housings, curing tanks, frames, and hoppers as per drawings, ensuring strong, leak-proof joints using MIG/TIG/Arc processes while maintaining safety and equipment upkeep. The Fitter assembles all mechanical parts including shafts, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and blades, ensuring proper alignment, tolerances, and fitment using precision tools, and supports testing and trial runs. Both roles require reading engineering drawings, coordinating closely during assembly, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of the OWC unit.
