Principal for Railways CDC Training Centre
Design and implement competency frameworks, skill development pathways, and structured learning programs for employees, customers, and Railways industry professionals.
? Lead development of digital learning solutions and global e-learning content for Learning Management Systems.
? Conduct organizational skill-gap assessments and develop targeted learning interventions aligned to business objectives.
? Build strategic relationships with railway organizations, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders to support workforce development initiatives.
? Mentor trainers and subject matter experts to improve instructional effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Led the establishment and operational management of a comprehensive training center
including residential hostel facilities capable of accommodating trainees.
? Managed annual training budgets, resource allocation, training infrastructure, and vendor partnerships.
? Designed and implemented structured skill development programs for technical, operational, supervisory, and managerial personnel.
? Developved competency management plans, training policy, training programs, training modules to meet organizational goals.
