Project Manager

Commercial-

 Responsible for preparation and submission of daily progress reports (DPR), weekly/monthly progress reports, project documentation, inspection records, compliance reports, and regular reporting to management, clients, consultants, and PMC teams.  Monitor material consumption, wastage control, subcontractor productivity, site resources, project costing, and support management in achieving commercial control and project profitability objectives.  Coordinate with procurement, logistics, factory, accounts, and project teams for timely material availability, billing support, site documentation, certification, and smooth project execution.  Responsible for preparation, coordination, measurement verification, and submission support for RA bills, work progress billing, subcontractor billing verification, and client billing documentation.  Responsible for customer satisfaction, snag rectification, coordination with clients/consultants/PMC, closure of punch points, and successful project handover within approved timelines.

Project Management-

 Responsible for overall site installation execution and management of façade/louvre works, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely completion of the project as per approved schedules and client requirements.  Lead, supervise, and manage installation teams, subcontractors and site supervisors including manpower planning, productivity monitoring, and daily work allocation.  Prepare installation schedules, execution planning, resource planning, material planning, and coordinate all site activities to achieve project milestones and targets.  Coordinate delivery, unloading, storage, handling, protection, and utilization of materials, tools, tackles, machinery, and equipment at site.  Ensure all installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, EHS requirements, safety procedures, permit systems, statutory compliances, client requirements, and company policies.  Responsible for implementation and monitoring of site safety practices, toolbox talks, PPE compliance, housekeeping, work permits, risk assessments, incident reporting, and adherence to all project EHS standards.
